Mentoring Group for MSW Students

MSCSW member Elenor Gilbert, MSW, LCSW, CGP is offering to host a process group for MSW students in her office. Invited are MSW students from
 area programs
in their first or second years of study, to gather for mentoring, networking, and group process as they participate in an ongoing group experience.
 
The purpose of this group is to get to know each other, learn about the profession of social work, share the experience of going through the graduate program of social work, as well as learning about working with groups. 
 
The group will meet Thursdays from 11:00AM to 12:30PM at 230 S. Bemiston Ave, Suite 1213. Elenor's office is conveniently located in close proximity to the new
 Clayton Metro-Link Station. 
 

Elenor holds a certification in group psychotherapy and has been involved in group work for many years. In the 1980s, she co-facilitated groups with patients suffering from eating disorders and other psychiatric concerns in a hospital setting.  Since going into private practice in 1994, she has been leading women's groups and groups with mixed adults.
